THE CLIENT
In March 2024, the Senior Leadership Conference convened the AB InBev global leadership team in São Paulo to deliberate on high-level strategies shaping the future of the company. Faced with the challenge of orchestrating a large-scale event across three venues, featuring 21 meetings, various activations, and extensive content, the global client sought a cohesive strategy to unify the proceedings.
Drawing inspiration from their internal ethos of "Superiority in Brewing," the innovative "Elements of Superiority" framework was devised. This concept bestowed each day of the conference with its own unique identity, while highlighting the diverse aspects contributing to AB InBev's excellence beyond traditional brewing practices, thereby fortifying the entire event with greater cohesion and effectiveness.
