Previously, if a Standard Bank customer receives a payment from overseas into their account, they had to go into a branch to process this payment. Now they can conveniently do this using the Standard Bank Whatsapp chatbot instead - no need to visit a bank anymore.

We need to create awareness of this new convenient way of tracing and processing international payments, but also do an instructional how-to piece with it. We will do a script and storyboard first for client approval, then animation with a guide voice.

To create a video that creates awareness and explains how to start using WhatsApp for payments coming into the country without having to visit your bank.

In this case, the storyboard is a visualized scenario with detailed descriptions of what’s going on under each frame. The level of detail depends on the length of the animation and the complexity of the plot.

The more detailed the storyboard, the easier the production of your animation will be.

A storyboard for me is the way to visualize the entire story in advance.
